The Tree Fairy crew is amazing. I had them out for a week to do fire hardening on a heavily treed property in Julian. Renee taught me so much about the incredible diversity of the landscape and how to be a good steward to the forest. I’m new to the community and I’m pleased to have received compliments from my neighbors regarding “what I did with the trees.” I eagerly tell them about the Tree Fairy and my plan to collaborate with Renee over the years in caring for this divine native ecosystem. The results of the Tree Fairy's handiwork are an inspiration.

I had two trees removed that were close to my house. The team took extra care in removing them and were very fast! They were in and out within an hour. Debbie at the office was very responsive. Everyone was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with their work before leaving. Highly recommend and would hire The Tree Fairy again in the future!

They responded to calls and questions, showed up when they said they would, and did an awesome job including cleaning everything up and more! This is only one small piece of what they did, which we should have done long ago. There was a dead tree blocking the center of this view and it sure opened it up! Yes, Renee did a beautiful on our tree. She was careful to take care of the natural shape of our tree and not hack it up. She showed up on time and worked very hard. I would hire her again in a second!

Services included tree trimming, brush removal, and general clean-up. Renee‘s tree trimming skills are amazing, she could’ve spent a lot more time on this tree… she tells me it is an African Sumac. This bad boy was so overgrown, that you could not see the sun shining in the morning. Here’s what it looked like this morning when I woke up. Thank you team, you’ll be back soon for another round!
Renee was a delight to work with from the get-go! The Tree Keeper/Roman's Tree Service was excellent in every way. We had some really tough Eucalyptus trees to trim and they were a scary nightmare to climb. But they persevered and came through! I think all told, there were 15/16 trees (?) to cut down/trim - and we still have lots more! We made the mistake of hiring a horrible tree service before this (TreeCo- do not use) and they butchered our gorgeous Pine. Professionalism, integrity and hard work are what set this company apart from the rest. Very fair pricing too. We will use The Tree Keeper/Roman's Tree Service from now on. Highly recommend!! They were able to remove my dead trees and brush piles within a couple days of when I contacted them. They called the day before to confirm and were at the job site on time . They have the right equipment for the job and very good workers. They are licensed and insured and Renee is an arborist. I have used others companies in the past but will only use The Tree Fairy from now on.

Contacted the Tree Fairy to come out and trim 11 trees at my house in Ramona. She came over later that day and gave me a quote and a week later she came and did the work. Showed up on time, worked with me to figure out what I wanted, did a great job of pruning my trees from looking like overgrown shrubs back to trees, and cleaned up and hauled away all the trimmings! Thanks Tree Fairy for making my trees look like actual trees!
Renee and crew did a terrific job quickly and efficiently removing a 2-story oak tree & pruning out multiple branches from other trees. They also pruned down my citrus trees and fertilized them and even weed-whacked the orchard area. They did an excellent job of clean-up. They were professional and priced fairly for the services.

We were so relieved to have a highly knowledgeable and skilled crew to work on creating defensible space around our property. Renee, and the whole team that worked incredibly hard on our sloped terrain, not only made sure to leave root systems in place to protect against erosion, but they trimmed so beautifully that it doesn't look like a huge dead space. They artfully sculpted and kept everything looking beautiful and green while removing dead weed overgrowth. They didn't flinch over the heat wave either! They arrived just when they said they would every day and were so friendly, professional, and true to their word with all details. They know and respect the native plants which we really appreciated while still giving us the fire protection we desperately need as well. We will hire again for all future projects for sure. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Something rare where we are. Integrity. We called, they came out and provided a fast and thorough estimate. The integrity came in when we set a date for them to perform services, and they showed up and did the job professionally and clean. Thanks for helping make our property look better.
We had our trees topped a few weeks ago by the tree fairies and it was great. Professional, polite, great job, and even cleaned up all the debris (way more detailed than I expected! ) super fair price, and willing to ne flexible with our changing schedules... I would recommend them in a heart beat.

I just wanted to tell everyone what a positive experience we had using the Tree Fairy to take down five palm trees on our property. Not only were they very reasonably priced, but they were very professional, kept me up-to-date throughout the whole thing, and their office is very good at communicating with the customer. They were on time and did a great job. I will be using their service again in the future.

Renee and team did an excellent job trimming a large tree with branches overhanging my roof for insurance compliance, they did great work to not only protect the home and keep the tree in compliance, but also keep it healthy without shocking it too. I hired the crew for the day and they worked a full day weed whacking and removing dead branches/growth from both mine and my neighbor's properties after the tree work too and did an excellent job of cleaning everything up too! Renee and team were very professional to work with, they showed up early to start work right on on time, were extremely respectful, knowledgeable and experienced. It was a pleasure working with them and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future work and I absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of their services! I hired the Tree Fairy to do major tree trimming on my 5-acre property with more than 50 trees. I had several pines with large branches smothering my citrus trees, laying on the chicken coop, covering the foot path around the pond and even laying in the water. They came in with essential equipment: chain saws, a brand new Ford 550 4X4 truck, and a chipper. They quoted a competitive daily rate, and were flexible with scheduling around weather and my preferences. They also cleared the neighbor’s branches obstructing my access road. This contractor works hard, is dependable, and safe. Most of all, they listen to the customer, and will customize the work scope as directed. I am very pleased with how they restored the use of my property.

Renee and crew did a terrific job on 3 palm trees and opened up a hard wood that was blocking afternoon sun on solar panels. Prices were reasonable and they left the yard cleaner than it was before job. Will use them again.

The Tree Fairy came highly recommended in the Ramona Community. They showed up on time, worked the full day, and was able to accomplish a lot. They took care of several large branches that were downed during some weird out of the blue rain storm with tornado wind gusts, and cleaned up all the eucalyptus "tree weeds".
